We have previously contacted you by email regarding the migration to MyAccounts, and we need all users to re-register as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access. Migrating your account is simple. We have outlined the steps required below and we are also available via email, branch visit and phone should you require any assistance

Watch our ‘how to register’ videos. English / Cymraeg
Register on the new platform. It’s quick and easy to do this by selecting the "Existing Member Registration" on https://www.swansea-bs.co.uk/myaccounts.
Discard any existing usernames or passwords. You will be provided with a new username, and you will set a new password and memorable word when you register for MyAccounts. Make sure you update your records and delete any saved credentials or links to Swansea Online.
